When you make a post, look to the top right for “Add media” and select the image (first) link. It will allow you to upload an image and post it immediately. Under Manage - Misc. there are options for setting it so that the image is a maximum size and it should crunch it for you as needed.

How to increase retention of sales training efforts!

The problem with many sales training program that 84% of sales training content lost after 90 days.* Some of the reasons are:
- Viewed as a one time event, with no management insight as to training adoption.
- The daily sales processes must link to the training; the training should be relevant to the company’s sales process.
- There are no systems in place to support the training e.g CRM.
- If an organization has a standard sales process and language and if everyone is working on a robust CRM system, red flags should pop up when a sale gets stuck in the sales funnel.
One answer is a closed loop system of SALES PROCESS (SPI or Miller-Heiman) > SALES TOOLS (CRM) > Management Reinforcement (Knowing when to coach as a result of working the CRM).
